Liposuction Doesn’t Tighten While An Abdominoplasty Does
May 29, 2009I have been wondering what the difference is between a liposuction and an abdominoplasty. I did some online research and found a Tulsa plastic surgeon’s website with my answer. It says, “Liposuction, on the other hand, only addresses the fatty tissue beneath the skin. The skin is not tightened. This means that good candidates will have good elastisity of their skin. Also the muscles should be in good position, as this is also not addressed.”
